My name is Billy Brock my wife(Anna Brock) and I had a recent encounter with officer Bradford and we both find it noteworthy.

Regarding: Officer J, Bradford
On Wednesday the 4th of October 2017 my wife and I decided to go to Kalamazoo, MI to have breakfast, on our way home around 11:30am we stopped to purchase flea meds for our cat at DOLLOR GENERAL in Decatur. When we got back to Dowagiac, Anna said I forgot to get a litter box so I drove her to FAMILY Dollar. When she came out with the litter box the theft alarm sounded Just as officer Bradford was pulling up. Side note; he was investigating a girl who was detained at speedway across the street for stealing the exact same item that was found in my wife's purse.....FLEA MEDS. Officer Bradford had every right and reason to arrest her, I could not prove we were in Decatur and our Flea meds sounded the alarm even though it was a different store all together.....To top this off the lady at the register came out to inform the officer that her inventory was off. Officer Bradford investigated before arresting my wife(thank God). He went to the Decatur store and found us on camera purchasing the item. Proving what we were tying to explain. I believe he went above and beyond his call of duty, he could have placed Anna in cuffs and taken her away.
