Great courteous flower business.
If I could have given them no stars I would have because I consider hanging up on individuals from a business the worse. I called them to place an order, I asked about items on their website with which she responded that she was limited on flowers and wouldn't be able to do what I saw on line. I was not comfortable with order something I had nothing to compare it to, asked what could be done her response "we can do something" with a clear annoancy. She put me on the phone to check flower availablity, at this time I had a chance to think, and I felt uncomfortable about he order, despite having used them before. When she returned to the phone I told her I would just like to hold off and not place an order, thinking I would call again when more flowers were available and before I could say that she hung up. I called her back to tell her that her service was terrible she stated she thought I was done speaking. I never said good-bye and neither did she. Her apology came with I'm sorry we were disconnected. We were not disconnected in error she hung up and then lied. Bad service will not return.
