After they told me over the phone they could. Now they did work with my appointment time and accommodated. I guess i was excited to find a new place for car maintenance and was really bummed at level of customer service received. I guess they don't need any new customers.
Gary and the guys there have done a few jobs on my Ford ranger and I have been satisfied completely with everything they have done. They have repaired my truck quickly and perfect every time I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Recently bought a car from them, and they claimed they had replaced the cata converter and replaced both front ball joints. Even put it on the paperwork that they did. Come to find out, they did neither. And when we asked about it the owner ( Gary) said he'd replace the converter and warranty it out. So we took it on and they claimed that everything is fine and there are no issues. Then they admitted to only replacing the front driver ball joint, ignoring a glaring problem with the passenger side. They act like people are stupid and are very condescending. Whatever you do, avoid bringing your vehicle into this shop.
They will tell you thens are wrong with your car when there not
everytime i call there to get a oil change they are to busy to do it. they voukd care less whether you went there or not. a oil change is chump change to them. they are very rude when asked if they can fit you in. then they want you to leave your vehicle and expect someone to wait all day to get a oil change. my pointbis if uou dont want to do it just say so and i will take my bussiness elsewhere. you gave me that hint when i asked to begin with. when i had them do my front end and it was a 700 dallar bill they werent to busy then
Rude service. I was very disappointed with the level of service at the front desk. It was a vey snowy day i was only 10 minutes late for my scheduled oil change and they were going to check out the alignment on vehicle as well. He didn't have time for that. (I was the only customer in the waiting area..)
